❌ In trading servers, scammers often impersonate support staff or offer unsolicited help to gain your trust. Always disregard direct messages from individuals claiming to be support. Seek assistance only through private tickets.

1. Join Our Discord - Click the invite link to join our Discord server. If you do not have a Discord account yet, create one by following the sign-up prompts.
2. Verify Your Account - We require everyone to complete verification to prove they aren't a bot before accessing the server.
3. Ignore Any Direct Messages - Once you've joined, ignore any direct messages from people claiming to be support. Official assistance will only be provided through server channels.
4. Make a Ticket - Look for the "tickets" channel and follow the instructions to create a support ticket.
5. Go to Your Private Ticket - Click on the new ticket channel that appears on the left sidebar.
6. Providing Information & Waiting - Provide detailed and accurate information about your issue. Be patient while waiting for a response.
